SRI has been a Proud 20+ Year Sponsor of

A.L.S. Family Charitable Foundation

Our 20th "Cliff Walk" was a huge success!

Helping us bring hope to individuals and families affected by this devastating disease.

The 20th Annual "Cliff Walk" For A.L.S. Sponsored by Superior Rail & Iron Works Inc., was held on Sunday, September 11, 2016. (We have been a major sponsor of the Cliff Walk for the past 20 years - since it's inception!) The Cliff Walk participants raised over $210,000 for the fight against A.L.S. Despite being overcast with scattered showers early in the day, it didn't seem to bother the resilient walkers. They came, they walked, they got wet, they smiled, they made a difference despite the wind and rain

By the afternoon it had cleared up and the fundraising continued with basket raffles, ballon contest, and heads or tails game. The kids gave the bounce houses a work out while some competitive tug-a-war was underway. We were happy to see such a large crowd and thank you all for spending the day with the A.L.S. Family Charitable Foundation at Buzzards Bay Park. In total, over 1,500 walkers of all ages covered 7 miles with a common goal; to help patients and find a cure for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

We would like to thank all the teams for their tremendous fundraising efforts as well as the generous volunteers and sponsors.

The Walk is held in loving memory of Clifford Jordan, Edward J. Sciaba, Sr. and Janice Ferrara.

Walk by yourself or start a team with family, friends and co-workers! Just fill out the attached Registration Form OR Donate to an Existing Team.
